In 2022, the Lake Family acquired the business, bringing decades of experience in real estate, rentals, and property care. Stephen and Joanne Lake saw Coastal as the perfect fit for their family values and hands-on approach. Their daughter Ana, a URI accounting graduate, joined in 2020. She now plays a key role in budgeting, financial planning, and supporting long-term improvements for client properties.
